These are our own job photographs. A new roof is only as good as what sits under the tiles, so every layer gets the same attention as the finish you see from the street.
01Stripped to the rafters
The old covering comes off so the timbers can be seen and checked before anything new goes on.
02Membrane and battens
A breathable membrane goes over the rafters, then new timber battens are fixed to carry the tiles.
03Tiles laid course by course
The team lays the covering from the eaves up, with the edges, valleys and chimney details done as they go.
04Finished and weathertight
Flashings, ridge and verge completed, scaffold down and the site left clean. New roofs carry a 10-year guarantee.

A selection of testimonials published on Co Operate Roofing Ltd's website.
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Co Operate replaced our entire roof and the finish is immaculate. The team were professional, tidy, and kept us updated throughout. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Had a persistent leak that two other roofers couldn't fix. Co Operate found the problem within 20 minutes and sorted it the same day. Honest, fair pricing and brilliant workmanship. Will be using them for all future roofing work.
Co Operate installed a full flat roof on our extension. It looks brilliant and the quality of the EPDM membrane is top notch. They even came back a week later to check everything was perfect. Really impressed with the aftercare.
